Er ist jedoch verpflichtet , sie dem anderen Ehegatten zum Gebrauch zu überlassen , soweit dieser sie zur Führung eines abgesonderten Haushalts benötigt und die Überlassung nach den Umständen des Falles der Billigkeit entspricht .
