BGB 1189. 1 In the case of a mortgage of the kind designated in section 1187 , a representative may be appointed for the current creditor with power to make certain dispositions with regard to the mortgage with effect for and against every subsequent creditor , and to represent the creditor in the enforcement of the mortgage . BGB 1189. 1 Bei einer Hypothek der im § 1187 bezeichneten Art kann für den jeweiligen Gläubiger ein Vertreter mit der Befugnis bestellt werden , mit Wirkung für und gegen jeden späteren Gläubiger bestimmte Verfügungen über die Hypothek zu treffen und den Gläubiger bei der Geltendmachung der Hypothek zu vertreten . Zur Bestellung des Vertreters ist die Eintragung in das Grundbuch erforderlich .
