EnglischBGB 1175. 1 If a creditor waives the blanket mortgage , it devolves on the owners of the encumbered plots of land jointly ; the provisions of section 1172 ( 2 ) apply . If the creditor waives the mortgage on one of the plots of land , the mortgage thereon is extinguished .
