BGB 1172. 2 Each owner may , unless otherwise agreed , demand that the mortgage on his plot of land be restricted , in accordance with section 1132 ( 2 ) , to the partial amount which is equivalent to the proportion between the value of his plot of land and the value of all of the plots of land , and that it is allotted to him with this restriction . The value is calculated with the deduction of the encumbrances which have higher priority than the blanket mortgage .

BGB 1172. 2 Jeder Eigentümer kann , sofern nicht ein anderes vereinbart ist , verlangen , dass die Hypothek an seinem Grundstück auf den Teilbetrag , der dem Verhältnis des Wertes seines Grundstücks zu dem Werte der sämtlichen Grundstücke entspricht , nach § 1132 Abs . 2 beschränkt und in dieser Beschränkung ihm zugeteilt wird . Der Wert wird unter Abzug der Belastungen berechnet , die der Gesamthypothek im Range vorgehen .
