BGB 1100 The new owner may , if he is the purchaser or a successor in title of the purchaser , refuse to give his approval to the registration of the person entitled as the owner and to the delivery of the plot of land until the purchase price agreed between the person obliged and the purchaser , insofar as it is settled , is paid to him .
