EnglischBGB 660. 1 If more than one person has contributed to an outcome for which the reward is promised , then the person promising the reward must apportion the reward at his reasonably exercised discretion , taking into account the contribution of each one to the outcome . The apportionment is not mandatory if it is evidently inequitable ; in such a case the matter is decided by court decision .
BGB 660. 1 Haben mehrere zu dem Erfolg mitgewirkt , für den die Belohnung ausgesetzt ist , so hat der Auslobende die Belohnung unter Berücksichtigung des Anteils eines jeden an dem Erfolg nach billigem Ermessen unter sie zu verteilen . Die Verteilung ist nicht verbindlich , wenn sie offenbar unbillig ist ; sie erfolgt in einem solchen Fall durch Urteil .
