BGB 651l. 3 If the traveller withdraws prior to the start of the travel package , section 651i ( 2 ) sentences 2 and 3 and ( 3 ) are not applicable if the travel organiser has not informed him at least two weeks prior to the start of the travel package at all events of the name and address of the host family specified for the exchange student after his arrival , and the name and accessibility of a contact person in the host country from whom assistance may also be demanded , and appropriately prepared him for the stay .

BGB 651l. 3 Tritt der Reisende vor Reisebeginn zurück , findet § 651i Abs . 2 Satz 2 und 3 und Abs . 3 keine Anwendung , wenn der Reiseveranstalter ihn nicht spätestens zwei Wochen vor Antritt der Reise jedenfalls über 1. Namen und Anschrift der für den Gastschüler nach Ankunft bestimmten Gastfamilie und 2. Namen und Erreichbarkeit eines Ansprechpartners im Aufnahmeland , bei dem auch Abhilfe verlangt werden kann , informiert und auf den Aufenthalt angemessen vorbereitet hat .
