BGB 626. 2 Notice of termination may only be given within two weeks . The notice period commences with the date on which the person entitled to give notice obtains knowledge of facts conclusive for the notice of termination . BGB 626. 2 Die Kündigung kann nur innerhalb von zwei Wochen erfolgen . Die Frist beginnt mit dem Zeitpunkt , in dem der Kündigungsberechtigte von den für die Kündigung maßgebenden Tatsachen Kenntnis erlangt . Der Kündigende muss dem anderen Teil auf Verlangen den Kündigungsgrund unverzüglich schriftlich mitteilen .
