EnglischBGB 483. 2 If the agreement must be notarially recorded before a German notary , sections 5 and 16 of the Notarial Recording Act [ Beurkundungsgesetz ] apply with the proviso that the consumer must be provided with a certified translation of the agreement in the language chosen by him under subsection ( 1 ) .
BGB 483. 2 Ist der Vertrag vor einem deutschen Notar zu beurkunden , so gelten die §§ 5 und 16 des Beurkundungsgesetzes mit der Maßgabe , dass dem Verbraucher eine beglaubigte Übersetzung des Vertrags in der von ihm nach Absatz 1 gewählten Sprache auszuhändigen ist .
