BGB 436. 1 Soweit nicht anders vereinbart , ist der Verkäufer eines Grundstücks verpflichtet , Erschließungsbeiträge und sonstige Anliegerbeiträge für die Maßnahmen zu tragen , die bis zum Tage des Vertragsschlusses bautechnisch begonnen sind , unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt des Entstehens der Beitragsschuld .
