EnglischBGB 415. 2 If ratification is refused , assumption of the debt is deemed not to have occurred . If the obligor or the third party requests the obligee , specifying a period of time , to make a declaration relating to the ratification , the ratification may only be declared before the end of the period of time ; if it is not declared it is deemed to be refused .
BGB 415. 2 Wird die Genehmigung verweigert , so gilt die Schuldübernahme als nicht erfolgt . Fordert der Schuldner oder der Dritte den Gläubiger unter Bestimmung einer Frist zur Erklärung über die Genehmigung auf , so kann die Genehmigung nur bis zum Ablauf der Frist erklärt werden ; wird sie nicht erklärt , so gilt sie als verweigert .
