BGB 310. 2 Sections 308 and 309 do not apply to contracts of electricity , gas , district heating or water suppliers for the supply of electricity , gas , district heating or water from the supply grid to special customers to the extent that the conditions of supply do not derogate , to the disadvantage of the customer , from orders on general conditions for the supply of standard-rate customers with electricity , gas , district heating and water . BGB 310. 2 Die §§ 308 und 309 finden keine Anwendung auf Verträge der Elektrizitäts - , Gas - , Fernwärme - und Wasserversorgungsunternehmen über die Versorgung von Sonderabnehmern mit elektrischer Energie , Gas , Fernwärme und Wasser aus dem Versorgungsnetz , soweit die Versorgungsbedingungen nicht zum Nachteil der Abnehmer von Verordnungen über Allgemeine Bedingungen für die Versorgung von Tarifkunden mit elektrischer Energie , Gas , Fernwärme und Wasser abweichen . Satz 1 gilt entsprechend für Verträge über die Entsorgung von Abwasser .
