DeutschBGB 1427. 1 Nimmt der Ehegatte , der das Gesamtgut verwaltet , ein Rechtsgeschäft ohne die erforderliche Einwilligung des anderen Ehegatten vor , so gelten die Vorschriften des § 1366 Abs . 1 , 3 , 4 und des § 1367 entsprechend .
